Legal notice, privacy and cookies

Last updated: 30 August 2026. This is a plain-language explanation of what data we collect when you write to us, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it. This English version is a translation of the original Spanish policy provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Note: this text was written as an honest, complete account of how the website actually works (without inventing data or practices that don't exist). It does not replace advice from a legal professional — we may review it with a lawyer or advisor further down the line.

1. Legal notice — who is behind this website?

2. What personal data do we collect?

We only collect data when you voluntarily give it to us, through:

The website's contact form: name, email, and the message you write.
The chatbot: the questions you ask it (so we can answer you and improve the service), and if you ask us to call you, also your name, email and phone number (optional).

We don't collect identifiable browsing data, and we don't use advertising tracking cookies.

3. What do we use your data for?

To answer your enquiry or project request.
To contact you if you've asked us to call you.
To improve the chatbot itself, by reviewing what's asked most often (without sharing these conversations with anyone outside the company).

Legal basis: your consent, given when you voluntarily fill in and submit the form or write to the chatbot.

4. Where is it stored and who has access?

Your data is stored in a database (Google BigQuery) hosted in the European Union, with access restricted to what's strictly necessary to write that information. The technology providers involved in running the website, as data processors, are:

Cloudflare — hosting, security, server functions and the chatbot's AI assistant.
Google Cloud / BigQuery — storage of leads and conversations, in the EU region.
Google Workspace — management of the [email protected] mailbox.
Resend — sends the internal email that notifies us when a new enquiry arrives.

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

International transfers: Cloudflare and Resend may process data on servers outside the European Union (for example, in the United States) as part of their global infrastructure. In those cases, the transfer is covered by GDPR-recognised safeguards: standard contractual clauses and/or certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for more detail on these safeguards by writing to [email protected].

5. How long do we keep your data?

For as long as there's an active or potential enquiry or business relationship, and at most until you request its deletion. You can ask for this at any time by writing to [email protected].

6. Your rights

You can exercise these at any time by writing to the contact email:

Right of access to your data.
Right of rectification if it's incorrect.
Right of erasure ("right to be forgotten").
Right to object to and restrict processing.
Right to data portability.

If you feel your request hasn't been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, which is why it doesn't show a cookie banner: we only use elements strictly necessary for the site to work.

Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless visit analytics with no individual tracking — it doesn't identify people or build profiles.
Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-spam verification on the forms. It may use strictly necessary technical storage to confirm that whoever submits a form isn't a robot — not for advertising purposes.
Google Fonts: the site's typefaces load from Google's servers, which shares your IP address with Google at the moment the page loads (with no cookies or additional identifiers).

8. Minors

This website and its services are aimed at businesses and professionals, not minors.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this document if anything changes in how we handle data. The date of the last update will always be shown at the top of this page.
